Consultation Booking
All bookings made through our online system are subject to availability. Upon booking a session, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This constitutes a binding agreement for the scheduled time slot.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% service fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged at 100% of the consultation rate. All payments are processed through secure German financial gateways ensuring the highest encryption standards.
